Please be advised that photographs and videos may be taken during Royal Geographical Society of Queensland (RGSQ) events for use in promotional materials, including the RGSQ website, social media channels, newsletters, and other publications, such as our Annual Reports, posters, brochures, booklets and other displays, official accounts on social media platform such as, but not limited to, YouTube, X (formally Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.

By attending an RGSQ event, you consent to the capture and use of your image or likeness for these purposes unless you inform the event organizer or photographer otherwise.
